Q - Does the Shopping Cart provide “firm-fixed” quotes for shipping?
A – No. The shipping cost displayed at the shopping cart is an estimate only. If the actual shipping cost is less, we will adjust your final invoice and refund your card to match. If the actual shipping total exceed the estimate, we will contact you with the revised total before charging your credit card any additional amount.

Q - How are shipping costs calculated?
A – We have on-line quotes from UPS or USPS for domestic orders. We try to provide quotes that are reasonably accurate but there will be instances where these quotes are inaccurate because on-line pricing is based upon total order weight and does not always allow for the number of shipping boxes required or the size of each box. International orders are shipped by DHL or USPS. These shipping rates can vary widely, so we will get back to you with your international shipping quote before we complete your order.

Q - Do international shipments include customs duties, import taxes and broker fees?
A – No. The buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes and/or broker fees. These will vary from country to country and we have no way of knowing what they will be for your specific country.

Q - Why is International shipping so expensive?
A – Ceramic mugs are heavy and require extra packing to prevent breakage. Typical international shipping will be nearly as much or more than the wholesale cost of the goods. Please contact us if you need a shipping estimate.

Q - Are all your items in stock?
A – We attempt to keep all items in stock. There may be an instance where your order cannot be filled in 1-3 days. If this happens, we will contact you with details before processing your order.

Q - Do you backorder items that are temporarily out of stock?
A – No. We will contact you if an item is temporarily out of stock and provide an estimated arrival date. You can then choose to cancel that item, substitute a different item, or hold the entire order pending arrival of that item.

Q - Do you offer in-store pickup?
A - No, we operate as an internet business only.

Q - Can I order a sample?
A – Small quantities of most of our wholesale items are available for sale at our retail site

Q - What shipping options exist for Alaska and Hawaii?
A – Our site provides USPS Priority Mail quotes to Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like a UPS quote, please let us know, but typically it is more expensive than USPS.

Q - What shipping options exist for International Orders?
A – We can provide DHL Express and Priority Mail International quotes. If you would like to use your own freight forwarder, just let us know.
