Has my order shipped?
  You will receive an e-mail when your order ships. If you have a spam filter, please ensure [email protected] is trusted so the email will be delivered.  If you created a customer account you can also check your order status by selecting the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site then going to "Review Orders / Track Packages". If you have not created an account, please call or e-mail us for a status update.
